You can either register by sending sms REG or calling 9797 or by signing in through http://crbt.tashicell.com. (See 22. How to register to Tashi Tunes).
2. Is there a subscription fee for the Tashi Tunes service?
Yes,daily rental of Nu 1 is applicable.Additionally, you will be charged for each Tune that you have purchased or renewed.
3. What happens if I do not have sufficient credit for daily subscription?
You will get SMS notification that your Tashi Tunes service is suspended. You will have to Top-up with sufficient credit to resume service.
4. How much does a Tune cost?
Commonly Nu. 5 for each tune. Please note that, it may differ from tune to tune.
5. How many Tunes can I purchase?
You can purchase a maximum of 22 tunes including music box. If your Tashi tune library is full, you may delete the old tunes and purchase new ones.
6. How often can I change my Tune?
You can change your Tune as often as you desire.
7. Is there an expiry period on a Tune I have purchased?
Yes, if you do not renew your Tune, the same will expire after 90 days.
8. Can I extend the validity of my existing Tune if it is about to expire?
Yes, you have to renew the Tune if it is about to expire. You can send sms as RENEW followed by the tune ID to 9797, e.g Type SMS as RENEW 1053 and send to 9797.
9. What is a Tune I.D?
A Tune I.D is a unique number given to each Tune. You can find a full list of all Tashi Tunes available and the Tune I.D.s by visiting our website at http://crbt.tashicell.com
You can use Tune ID to purchase tune through SMS or portal.
10. If my mobile number changes, can I keep my Tashi Tunes account?
The Tashi Tunes service is applicable to only one mobile number and the service is non-transferable. If you change your mobile number, you would need to register again using your new number.
11. Can I unregister from Tashi Tunes?
Yes,if you unregister from the Tashi Tune service, your existing Tune will be deleted after seven days.If you register with in 7 days, your tune list in the library is protected and you don't have to purchase those tunes again.
12. What is copy tune feature?
You can download songs of others by pressing * key while listening to their RBT. Alternatively you can send "COPY" sms to 9797, right after disconnecting the call. http://crbt.tashicell.com have option to search others tune list and copy.
13. What is gift tune feature?
You can gift song to others by sending gift request , please refer "Introduction" page for SMS keyword details. System will send a conformation sms to B party regarding your gift. He/she need to replay by sending sms to complete the gift operation. Once the B party acceped your gift request, tune amount will be debited from your account. Alternatively you can call 9797 or use http://crbt.tashicell.com to gift tune.
14. What is Assign tune feature?
You can dedicate a song to your friend or wife by this feature, so this tune will not be played to others. You can send sms to 9797 to activate this feature. Please refer "Introduction" page for SMS keyword details. Alternatively you can call 9797 or use http://crbt.tashicell.com to assign tune.
15. What is GROUP tune feature?
You can create groups and add member to group and assign tune to group. You can send sms to 9797 to activate this feature. Please refer "Introduction" page for SMS keyword details. Alternatively you can use http://crbt.tashicell.com to create groups.
16. How can I preview a Tune before purchasing?
You can preview a Tune from your phone after registering to the service by dialling 9797 and selecting your language by pressing 1 to listen to various categories of tunes. You will be charged a special call rate when dialling 9797 to access the service.
After choosing a category, you can then preview and select any Tune you wish to purchase by pressing 1. You can also preview the full selection of Tunes free of charge by visiting our website at http://crbt.tashicell.com
17. What happens to Tunes that I have purchased, but have not been assigned to any caller or group?
These Tunes will be played in Cycle or Shuffle mode, according to your set preference, to your unassigned callers.
18. What happens if I have assigned all my Tunes?
If you assign all your Tunes to individual callers and/or groups, the default system Tune would be played to your unassigned callers.
19. Can I assign the same Tune more than once?
Yes, you can assign any of your Tunes more than once to individual callers.
20. Is there a limit to the number of times I can assign my Tunes?
Yes, each customer can assign their Tunes to a maximum of 200 callers only. Note that the number of callers in a group is the number of assignments made to that group. For example, if I have assigned my Tunes to three groups of 10 callers and then to two individual callers, then this will constitute of a total of 32 assignments made (10+10+10+2=32).
21. Is there a limit to the Number of groups I can create?
Yes, you can create up to 20 groups. Each group can have a maximum of 10 callers.
